Elderon for advisory and accounting firms
A single workspace for every client's R&D Tax Incentive claim, built so that a firm can prepare more claims to the same standard and show its working on each one.

Every client in one place
Clients are set up with their entities, consolidated groups and financial year ends. Each client's data is isolated: a consultant assigned to particular clients sees only those clients, and that separation is enforced on the server, not only in the interface. Switching clients switches every page.
The client does the gathering, the firm does the review
A client can upload their own documents, ledger exports and timesheets, and work through guided scoping with AI drafts. What reaches the firm is organised: suggested projects with their sources, staged expenses with categories and confidence, timesheets resolved to projects. The firm's reviewers approve, reject or hold each item, and the review queue holds anything uncertain until a person has looked at it.
Controls a reviewer can rely on
Every change is logged with who made it, when, and what changed. Each classification sits against the ledger line it came from. Each scoping field records whether it was drafted by AI and when it was accepted. Each assessment finding cites the section of the Act it relies on. Uncertain AI output is held for review rather than acted on. The claim is approved in the platform by a named person before it is lodged.
Roles and access
Administrators manage the firm's users, clients and settings. Members work on the clients assigned to them. Invitations go by email, passwords meet a set policy, and two-factor authentication is available by authenticator app or email. Sessions time out after thirty minutes without activity.
What the firm receives
One export per client: the schedule with the offset calculation by entity, and for each project the scoping fields, the assessment, the generated evidence documents and the attached files. It is the pack the firm reviews and signs off before lodging. Elderon does not lodge claims.
Getting started
Firms usually start with one client and one financial year, import that client's ledger and documents, and compare the result with the claim they prepared the previous year. From there the firm adds users and clients at its own pace. Pricing is discussed with each firm; use the contact page to arrange a conversation.
